Meals are delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The kitchen is open Monday to Thursday from 9am–2pm.

Areas covered by the Nowra Meals on Wheels service include Nowra, Bomaderry, Meroo Meadow, Cambewarra, Kangaroo Valley, Terara and Falls Creek.
